Price
- The prices in the web shop are shown in CHF including VAT. The price includes the costs for packaging and shipping

Payment
- Transfer by invoice after receipt of order within 30 days

VERSUIT GmbH commits to transfer all payment information related to his business electronically into the Payment Database of CRIF. Negative payment information has to be delivered at least weekly, positive payment information at least monthly. Orange commits not deliver this data to any other credit bureau.
Both parties commit themselves to respect the Swiss Data Protection Law and in particularly to principles of recognisability, data correctness and commensurability. CRIF AG can use the transferred data also after cancellation of this contract.
Orders
- After receipt of the order, the goods are normally dispatched within a maximum of 1 working days. If there is a further delay, the customer will be contacted.
- 30 days right of return even after opening.
Shipping
- Your goods will be sent with the Swiss Post (Switzerland) or Hermes (European Union).
- The following applies to the shipping information such as delivery times and stock levels: errors excepted
- The shipping takes place in EU
Cancellation
Cancellation is possible before delivery.
Defects / exchange
- Complaints must be made within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims (return, reduction in price, replacement delivery).
- Exchange / return only possible in the event of defects, incorrect delivery or defective goods
